Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, prices and images are accurate.
Product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, production changes or manufacturing tolerances.
All products are subject to availability.
Prices
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Bushsteel reserves the right to change prices, promotions or product information at any time before an order is placed.
Orders
An order is only considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where:
- A product is unavailable
- Pricing or product information contains an obvious error
- Payment cannot be verified
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected
- Delivery cannot reasonably be completed to the address supplied
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
Bushsteel does not intentionally store full bank-card details. Payment information may be processed securely by third-party payment providers.
Delivery
Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details when placing an order.

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Bushsteel multi-tools are sold with the applicable 30-day money-back guarantee, 5-year warranty and lifelong service support, subject to the relevant terms and exclusions.

Customers are responsible for using products safely and in accordance with reasonable care.
Bushsteel is not responsible for loss, injury or damage resulting from misuse, abuse, unsafe use, unauthorised modification or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not designed.
